The Design Bank – Web Design Manager (2006 Nov – Current)

Based in Huddersfield The Design Bank are a graphic design and print company who have achieved great success in developing and expanding their remit. In the last five years they have incorporated web design into their business strategy and I am currently managing a team of 3 to this end. Most of the work involves limited Retail sites, which tend to run to 10-pages but further development and growth has meant the new inclusion of design templates for two large E-commerce companies.

My role on a day to day basis includes constructing new websites, owning and monitoring quality and maintenance of current websites, liasing with clients, managing and hosting survivor and Google AdWords for our accounts. Other responsibilities include quick turn around and analyse of new projects and the auctioning ad-hoc requests.
